There is currently an issue affecting Pixel devices where, under certain conditions, noise can be heard during playback after updating to version 1.7.
We are currently investigating this issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
In the meantime, the issue can be avoided by following the steps below.
- While your device is connected to the internet, open the app and keep it open for around 10 minutes.
*Please avoid putting your device into sleep mode or minimising the app, as this will interrupt the process.
If noise occurs on devices other than Pixel devices, please visit the following support page.
