For Google Chrome, please follow these steps.
■ Update Google Chrome to the latest version
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click "︙" in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click "Settings."
- Click "About Chrome."
*If a new version is detected, the update process will start automatically.
When the update is finished, click "Relaunch."
■ Allow sites to play protected content
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click "︙" in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click "Settings."
- Click "Privacy and security."
- Click "Site settings."
- Click "Additional content settings," then "Protected content IDs."
- Turn on "Sites can play protected content" and "Sites can use identifiers to play protected content."
*Depending on your OS, the "Sites can use identifiers to play protected content" setting may not be shown.
■ Update the Widevine module
- Open Google Chrome.
- Type "chrome://components" into the address bar and press Enter.
- Under "Widevine Content Decryption Module," click "Check for update."
- Relaunch Google Chrome.
If the issue persists, try uninstalling Google Chrome and reinstalling the latest version.If the problem is still not resolved, please try a different recommended browser, such as Safari or Microsoft Edge.
